Specialist Cleaning Services has been providing world class design solutions for its clients for over a decade and husband and wife team Sean and Louise are passionate about providing exceptional service and quality standards across all of aspects of their business.
Review the sense of purpose
The pandemic affected every business on the planet and navigating through lockdown Sean and Louise decided to review their mission, vision and values and reassess their own corporate image to ensure it reflected the way the business intends to move forward in the future.
Develop clarity on the why
During the process it became abundantly clear that Specialist Cleaning Services are one of the UK’s leading specialist cleaning companies in the retail sector as evidenced by the quality of their work and impressive client testimonials.
What became clear during the review was the businesses own brand image and name wasn’t in line with the quality of their work.
As part of the process of developing the new brand name and image Sean and Louise appointed Business Growth Specialist Paul Bury to work with them to help move the business forward.
The whole process was incredibly up-lifting not just for Sean and Louise but the entire team too. As part of the review they assessed the business’s core propositions, the culture and ethos and why clients choose to work with SCS..
Create a one page action plan
The methodology consisted of discovery discussion sessions, questionnaires and audits across all of the company’s brand touch points. Discussions initially centred on defining key goals for the company over 12 months, 3 years and ultimately 5 years.
Execute the plan
And so this started a journey of developing a new identity, colour palette and image for the company which will help spearhead and encapsulate the vision which Sean and Louise share for their business. The new brand name was developed after extensive consultation and research and Veida Contracting was born.
Paul worked with his team of designers and web developers to create a powerful image for the company and selected colour palettes and fonts to reflect their mission of ‘Your Project, Our Passion.’
Over the course of the next few months a new brand presentation was developed, redesigned logo prepared, new website to reflect the new image, literature assets, formats for presentation material and so on were all produced.
